DL380 G4 connect it to MSA20 will work?

Hi
We have had nothing but trouble with out MSA20, HP have had some BIOS issues for the last 12 Months. Hopefuly their new update will fix the issue, but after months of lies I am not very hopefull.
On the backup front, then the MSA would be fine for near-line storage, but their is no substitute for Offline backup to tape which are secured off site.
