DL380 G3 Lock Up

All,
Our Main Department Server:
Model: DL380 G3.
RAM: 2GB
Storage: Local 1.4TB
O/S: Win2000
Role: File Server.

Yesterday and today @ 3pm approx this server has 'hung'. It is still on the network and pinging. However disconnects all users and refuses any client connections.
The only remedy is to reboot the server.

I have checked the EventLog and found nothing suspicious.

Any help as to why this occured would be appreciated.

I would check via Insight Manager to ensure that there are no hardware issues affecting the server. It also may be worth checking the network config to ensure it matches with your switch configuration

What else is happening around 3:00 PM? Antivirus update, shift change, backup, etc.
