Hi gang. I have a DL360 G3 with no video output at all. I have reseated everything and swapped memory to no avail. There are no beep codes as well. Checked mobo and only LED lit is one of the debug LEDs which is the fifth one down or to the left. Front panel LEDs are green. Anyone have any ideas or know how to interpret the debug LEDs? Couldn't find anything on the HP site referring to these debug LEDs.

if the video is on the MB, inspect all the pins for bent ones. If it is not on the MB, obviously replace the board.

If there's an open slot, try adding a new old style VGA board, and connect to that.

(I don't remember where the change-over took place.) If the server has a RIB-LOE (vs an iLO board), remove the RIB and try connecting to the onboard video. We've have RIBs go bad and hose the server.
