This appears to have been fixed by biglebowski installing the Proliant Support Pack (PSP). I am having trouble getting this install on VMWare ESXi 3.5 SU5 and was wondering what procedure you used to install this on a DL320G2.

Thanks!

Can't remember what I did exactly but think it was along the lines of after installing esx I either mounted the firmware update cd/PSP or copied over the rpm for "HP Health" and ran the individual install script manually. Unfortunately that sever and the relevant brain cells are long gone so can't go and check it to confirm.

Think there is now a HP driver update disk on the vmware tools download page that you can install as part of the main esx install. Have used it on an hp ml150 when installing vsphere with fibre HBA's. Might be worth giving that a try as well.

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
