Thank you to those who gave me the advice to 1st upgrade from 2.6 to 2.6a before solving the divide by zero. I do not have internet access at work, so I have been downloading and copying files from home to disc, and loading them at work. I think i upgraded to 2.6a following hte instrunctions from the readme.1st file, but I can't test it. For the divide by zero I loaded the exe patch for it into the same dir as foxprow.exe and double clicked on it. Still does not work. I thought I had some directions on what to do but I am still not sure. Any help would be very welcome--

Thank you in advance,

mattie

I just wanted to thank everyone that replied to my questions about the divide by zero error for foxpro 2.6a related to coprocessor speed. I tried the slowstart, the patch26.exe, but what worked after all that was the DZpatch.exe (ZDpatch?). I downloaded it, unzipped it, copied it to disc, brought to work and within a few minutes I was back in business.

Thanks very much to all of you. I thought I was dead in the water! And it was extremely helpful to read your responses and advice.

best wishes,

mattie
