Hello, what the trouble is?

Do your have protocol analyzer? Or you can monitor by MD110 commands, and then use SAM tools (Decoder).

Hello HIREI,
Basically, A call comes into the MD110 via an ISDN PSTN route (route 101)for station 1154. Station 1154 is set for follow-me to another PBX station (Cisco Callmanager IP phone) that is interconnected to the MD110 via a QSIG trunk (route 100). The call is never forward to the IP phone, MD110 (route 100) disconnects the call after 10 seconds of idle Call Proceeding state. I am wondering if there is a nother way to CF a incoming PSTN call.
Note:
If the call is made to 1154 from a local station or a IP phone from the callmanager side the CF is successful.

A trace of the PSTN call is below

Hello,
1) to reroute call you may use ADCOI: NANSE:for 1154 (EX), NANSI for 1154 (AC), ABB=1154, TRA=4200;

2) can you call to 4200 directly?

3) where SETUP with number 4200 ?

Hello HIREI,
Thank you very much for your assistance, I really appreciate you helping me.

1) I tried NANSE to remove ex 1154 and initiated 1154 as AC, but my command line gave me the following error.
<NANSE:numtyp=ex,numse=1154;
NANSE:NUMTYP=EX,NUMSE=1154;

SURE? (YES/NO)
<yes
NOT ACCEPTED
NO REMOVAL ALLOWED

I guess this is a license limitation on my box. Have you seen this issue before, or maybe I entered the command wrong?

2) I can make a direct call from any 11XX station to 4200, including 1154.

3) No set-up is ever sent to 4200. the QSIG leg between 1154 and 4200 remains idle.

I might have an idea of what the problem is. The leg I am using for PSTN ISDN was used for QSIG before, this leg was set for reroute on diversion, obviously the PSTN does not do reroute and should forward switch the CF but I have not been able to disbale reroute on either leg. Could this be the problem? Do you know how to disable reroute on diversion for the entire PBX or each route?
Again thank you very much.
Tony

Hello,
did you EXTEE or KSEXE for 1154 before NANSE?

Hi HIREI,
I used KSEXE and then the other commands recommended by you. I succesfully got the call to foward out to the QSIG trunk. This is GREAT!!

THanks a lot for your help

Hi HIREI,
Another question for you. Is there anyway to forward a call using abbreviated dialling without ksexe the station?

We want to provide an easier way for the user to forward the call to the other building. We don't want to remove a station each time an engineer needs to go to a different building.

Thx
Tony

Hi again HIREI,
Sorry to kep sending you so many questions.
Is there anyway to disable reroute on diversion (cdini, internal follow me)
Thx

Hello,
for example, when the engineer needs to go to a different building, he/she can use the procedure external follow me: *22# ext.number# (CDIV=001130000 (D3=1 allows it).

"Is there anyway to disable reroute on diversion (cdini, internal follow me)?"

cdini / cdine:dir=...; what do you mean?
internal follow me - IMHO, only by internal parameter station change.
