Divert to voicemail after 3 rings?

Our CEO has requested that his secretary's phone diverts to voicemail after three rings instead of the current six rings.

I'm not too sure on how to change this and was hoping someone may be able to advise please.

We use a Siemens ISDX-S system with a VoxBox Titan voicemail system attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
There is a system parameter that changes the divert to VM timer but it is system wide and so all allowed phones would divert after 3 rings if changed to that.

TMRIV - RNR redirect to iVM after all other RNR forwarding has been resolved ie TMRI1 etc.
