Divert Hunt Group To Mobile

Hi Everyone

I am looking for some help diverting an incoming number to mobile.

IP Office 406V2 (PCS11) 4.2(4)

We have 6 members of a hunt group (All Hotdesks)I would like to divert calls to an external number when all group members are logged off.

I have tried NS group with one ext on divert, all works until I log it off.

Time profiles don't work because of the nature of the business.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

you need to set a hunt group OOS key. then assign it to all phones that need to be able to set the mobile fwd. create a new group set to sequential ring, with 1 "fake" user. FWD this user unconditionally to the mobile. set this group as the main groups OOS fallback.

Pressing the key will put the main group to OOS and fwd the calls to the mobile.

this wont work just because all phones are logged off. you need to manually set it.

See what my brain does when it's not thinking about phones.

Thanks for your reply, I had tried this way and whilst it works it does not allows the users to change the mobile number. This is something they do every day as different people are on call.

Thanks for your help, I will give that a go. I do run a total Citrix environment with thin client devices so I will have to see if Phone Manage likes Citrix.

PM does not like Citrix :) but it works
