I was wondering if there was anyway of diverting all inbound external calls from a DN to another DN (NB I still want this DN to receive internal calls).

Thanks

is this a did? is so ld 49 idc table..

ld 49
prt
idc
0
return, that will show if you have a table built, if not add one or modify the one your using..

then check the did route, (ld 21 prt) then ld 16 chg rdb, return down to idc enter yes, the next two prompts enter the idc number you just built

John

The DN is DID

I haven't got an IDC table. What are the implications of allowing this as this is request for x1 DN only (we have 1300 DN's programmed on PBX) to route incoming external calls to another DN

Thanks
Richard

You can also create a phamton 500 using the DID and call forworded it to the other extension

not a problem, new idc cust 0 and add one, go to the route answer idc yes enter the table number and test.. might test one internal.. then go from there.. i have several and for the right app. they can't be beat, doesn't burn lic.
