Hi, we have a BCM 200 with our main dialin number set to ring to a hunt group on DN 625.

We are only a small organisation and at times there may be a need to divert all calls to a mobile or external number, however I can't for the life of me work out how to do this easily i.e. so a "user" can do it from a phone by just pressing a feature code or similar. The ideal thing would be if I could divert the hunt group itself without having to login to the web interface or editing the call pilto settings every time.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

I would set up the following. Assign the line to ring the hunt group and one other extension within the hunt group. This might sound stupid but if you assign the extension directly with the target line or physical line (as appear and ring) you will be able to call forward externally with out having to change the system in to night service or any other messing about. You would then use feature 84 line redirection. You will find how to set it up in the user manual.

Hope this makes sense

Marshall
