I'm having a problem,

When i program a diversion on a telephone like *23*3# You will get the diversion state in the display. "Meeting"

But now i have a problem.

In several LIM's the diversion megssage is not displayed on the telephone. De diversion is actually working. It is displayed in the SUSIP command in Winfiol but not on he telephone display.

MD110 or MX-One. S/w level?
Using CDCOI or CDINI's for the users?

What types of telephones are you using?
Is this fault located to one or more specific LIMs?
After checking this and the ALLOP; and the HIMDP;, check ALEX for what programmes that needs a restart.
Do you use DNA? If message diversion is used sometimes with e.g. "Lunch" the DNA server automatically erases the message diversion after ½ an hour.
But you stated that the message diversion was active from the SUSIP printout.

It doesnt matter.

It happens on different types of telephone.

I dont know which program unit is responsible...???

The messages are not on the display. The DNA server is working properly so this is totaly new for me.

I Think it's a program unit.
But which one..??

I am not shure about what programmes controls the displays of the keysets, but the UNITs "DIM and DIR" controls the diversion messages (i.e.Interception service).
Still I have never heard about a fault like this!
But if the the SUSIP says DIV STATE = ICS, then we are ½ ways.
Otherwise check your ICFUP; to see if the UPDFCN is set to YES. Try an ICUPI;, If it says "UPDATING IS RUNNING, the restart the 2 units in all LIMs.
Check for the location of program units by CNPIP:UNIT=;
