Diversion of IP phone to Octel voicemail

I managed to setup an IP phone with the following configuration but still the call doesn't divert to voicemail on group 8000. If the phone is busy directly it indicates the number is 'not reachable'. If the phone is free, it rings for 20 secs and says 'not reachable'. What i am doing wrong?

PERSONAL NUMBER:6607
LIST CHO ANSPOS TIME BSYCHO ONECAL ORGSEL SMSSEL
1 1 6607 20 11 0 111 0
2 1 8000 12 11 0 111 0

You are doing 2 Personal List and only one can be active at a time.
You should have done
PELPI:LIST=1,ANSPOS=6607,CHO=1,TIME=20,BSYCHO=2;
PELPI:LIST=1,ANSPOS=8000,CHO=2,TIME=12;

I tried your commands as stated:

1 2 8000 12 - 1 111 0

But when i call 6607 it goes straight to voicemail. That's not what i want. It should ring for 20 secs then divert to voicemail. Any other ideas?

it appears your Ip extension is not reachable...
