Diversion from other extenssion

Hi, I want to know if it is possible diverts one extenssion form other.
I know that a supervissor extenssion can diverts a group of hunting, group acd, etc, but is it possible that it can divert a normal extenssion, by keying *21*origin*divert# from a supervissor extenssion.

master extension and operator can do this.

for master extension do SPEXIIR=x,OPT=M;

I configure the extenssion as master but it doesn´t work. has it to change to a special category?

oops, my bad:

a master extension can only do this :

"A Master extension is an extension which is permitted to order group do not disturb, to bypass an extension with group do not disturb activated or to order follow me of an internal group hunting group. "

so, the answer to your question is : only a PABX operator can do this.

Can I change a digital extenssion as operator?

A answer position can change the divert - A has diversion to B, here B can make *21*A*B#
