Hi all.

We have faced a problem after upgrade of some DT590 DECT handsets.
The menu "Call Services" (4.th to the right - in top window) and the sub menues "Absence" and "Divert" are passive after the upgrading.
We think that it could have something to with the ini files. We have made some tests by sending the MD110.ini file to 1/DPANB 24001 V.11.30, it works allright.
After sending the file to the DT590 the diversion an intercept works. If we do the same file transfer (with the MD110.ini) to the 1/DPANB 24001 V.08.45, it is
NOT possible to get the Diversion and Intercept (absence) to work.
The DT590 using 1/DPANB 24001 V.08.45 has a flash memory of 4 MB, and the DT590 using 1/DPANB 24001 V.11.30 has 8 MB of flash memory.
Maybe this is why? Can you help us getting the "08.45" to work with the Diversion and Intercept/Absence?
The ini file with the Diversion and Intercept/Absence texts are successfully loaded in the DT590 (ver.08.45), but still the menues are de-activated (grey).

There is 8.51 version for 4MB DT590. May be you shall upgrade DT590 to this version first.

Hi all

I solved this problem with help from a colleague, so thank you for your help and assistance.
The solution was to upload the correct ini file, to the correct subscription.
This can be a bit confusive, but now it works.
