The div "content" is repositioned down below "menu" when the browser is resized smaller horizontally (in IE only). This wouldn't be that big of a problem, but we have to assume that the users are using 800x600 desktop, and under that size the table always appears under the menu. What is causing this behavior and how do I patch it?
