Div pushing another 1

I'm having difficulty getting one div not to push another down and away.

Here's the test page

and the css is at

At the top where Established 1866 is, should be centered and the address section should remain more or less vertically centered and to the right - but it's getting pushed down.

Ideas? I think I've stared at this too long.

Put that information grouped into 1 div and then float that div to the right. Additionally, you will have to put the HTML for that div before the "established" html.

Beautiful, kaht! I had it floated right, but moving before the div for established seems to have fixed it.

Oh - I was too quick. Now the div on the right seems okay, but the established is overlapping the stuff on the left.

More ideas?

I may have. I think it's smaller screens causing the problem. I've asked the client to preview since it was their idea to add that established thing.

I'll let you know what else I find out.
