Div. on no answer to external number 1

Hi all!
Diversion on no answer to external number doesn't work (CDINI). Our PBX - BC9 CNI76. Ext. follow me & transfer are allowed, route - div. on no reply (answer) - allowed, AS-parameter - O.K. We try EDSS1 (public) & QSIG (private) - doesn't work. However, I hear clicks after 3 rings, then after 2 rings, but the call is not diverted. What can we do?

Check the CDIV value of that Extension.

Trying CDIV=001120000, 001040000, 001130000, 001150000, 001151111... Unfortunately, of no use...

Diversion on no reply to external will never work in MD unless the software is modified. Sample traffic case are:
1. CDINI TO ABB.
2. CDINI TO ACD GROUP AND ACD GROUP IS CDINI TO ABB.

Special modifications needed to make the traffic case going. Let say red package ( enhanced/multiple diversion is loaded in your switch). And allowing to divert on busy and no reply to acd group should be loaded to. In short, the feature you need is not available normally in your switch.

Hello everybody

unfortunately, the DIV parameter actually cannot be longer than 10 digits. But i know that Ericsson Germany and Sweden will develope this function. That meens, that maybe onetimes we can use the DIV for diversion to external number. I hope so, 'cause i use a CTI application who support this function - i will say, it's ready to use !

Otherwise, i use actually the personal number for a usable diversion. Exemple: 1. My own number for 10 sec. 2. diversion to my cellular for 20 sec. 3. back to the pbx to the voice-mail.

Advantage: Either i pick-up the phone in the company or after 10 sec. my cellular. If i didn't respond the call will go back "at home" to the voice-mail system.

It's simply an exemple which we use in our company. It works not bad.

Maybe a solution ? Ooops, nearly forgotten. I've nearly 300 licences and works on BC11 SP8.

Yes - external number within a private network of type APNSS/DPNSS/ISDN ,

but, for example, PARNUM=44, D1=3 "Reruting/recall on a call both to a private or PUBLIC external line" ...
