Div height and border placement 1

OK, I am going crazy here. This page

looks great in IE, but in Mozilla and Safari there are 2 problems. the sidebar div background does not extend all the way to the bottom of it's container and the top border defined in the bottom container has decided that it likes the top of the page better. Neither of these behaviors makes sense to me. I wasn't sure what you would want me to post so I just posted the URL. There is no hidden code in the ASP, I just included the header and footer files that way. If you want me to post the code here rather than looking at the source on the site, let me know and thank you for taking a look and helping me out, I really appreciate it.

You need to clear the floats in #main, just like you clear them in #header. If you add [tt]class="clearfix"[/tt] to the #main div, it all looks and works perfectly.
