Ditribution Lists

I have Exchange server 5.5 setup on NT4. I have several distribution lists set up and they have worked in the past. Now they will not send to any of them? I have no idea why, when I select a distb. list to send to the message appears to have sent, however the group does not receive the mail, and there is no error message, as if the message gets "lost" Any ideas?

Some simple things to check
1. You didn't change the e-mail adresses of users?
2. Check if the DL still has the correct members.
3. Check if the DL doesn't have restrictions (exchange administrator can set those)
