Distrubution lists in VM pro?

Anyone give me some ideas how to set up user and system wide distrubution lists in VM PRO ?

Distribution lists are not very clean (yet wait for 3.0!) but can be achieved, a worked example is included in the VM Pro tool tips on the document CD.
