Distribution reports password

I have seen with MS Access that any time the report has trouble accessing the MDB, Crystal will generate a password prompt, even though there is none required. Make sure there are no permission or location issues for the report and database.
If a password is required, a user with a compiled report must enter it each time the report is run. Some ODBC drivers allow you to store the password (so I have been told) which would also solve the problem. Ken Hamady
