distribution of common function units

Is it necessary to redistribute common funkcion units during LIM add-on procedure?
Ex. Program unit CTLMP has to be in LIM2 and LIM4 in 7 LIM system. And the same program unit has to be in LIM4 and LIM8 in 8LIM system. Do I need to remove CTLMP from LIM2 and load to LIM8 during LIM8 add-on procedure?
