Distribution list

Hi, I have been added to a new distribution list to
receive workorders as they come in. My question is how can
I have these new messages copied to my personal Inbox as
they come in? The way it is now I have to open this distribution list and just visually monitor the thing. I would much rather just be notified as they come in. We use
NT 4.0 and outlook 98

Any suggestions appreciated

Distribution lists don't receive mail so I suspect perhaps you have been added to another mailbox and so you have to manually monitor the secondary mailbox.

The only way to forward messages from one mailbox to another is via a rule. joegz
