hi everyone,
Is there way to hide the address for a distribution list? Example, lets say someone emails distribution list abcd@mydomain.com, I don’t want the recipients to know the address of the distribution list, instead I want them to see “abcd list” in the “To” field. Thanks for your help.

Hi sibbir,
I believe the Display Name on the Exchange General tab will do this for you. The Offline Address List may need to be updated before seeing the changes.

that didn't work. i just created a distribution list called testgroup@mydomain.com. I changed the display name to "TEST" and update offline address then when i send an email to testgroup@mydomain.com it showed that address in the "To" field for the recipients. any other thoughts? Thanks
