Distribution list to Contacts

Hi All,
A colleague came to me for help, he has a personal distribution list and he wants to get the individual email addresses in that list to his contacts folder. You can get the whole distribution list to contacts but not the individual email addresses. I can't figure it out, anyone have any suggestions?

I had someone with that problem just the other day! If I remember right, you can right click on the file and select copy to folder, and then select contacts. It's something along those lines.
