Distribution List Question

I am trying to create a Distribution List on an Octel Seranade. The first step in the manual says to build a Pilot mailbox number without an extension. How do I do this? When I add a mailbox usually it is somthing like
52000, 52000, 4 How do you not put in the Extension?
I tried 5200, 4 but I keep getting a message invalid digit.

You need to use these commands:
.A DIST ?
Enter the LIST NUMBER. (1–16 digits).
This Number must already exist as a mailbox in the USER table.
Then enter each mailbox to be added to the list.(1–16 digits).
If the list exists, new mailboxes will be appended to existing ones.
Enter empty line when done.
Enter DISTRIBUTION LIST NUMBER.
:3096
WARNING: MESSAGES IF ANY IN MAILBOX WILL BE LOST!
ARE YOU SURE (Y/N)? (Y/N, EMPTY LINE = N):Y
NEW DISTRIBUTION LIST.
Enter each MAILBOX or RANGE to be added to this list.

.L DIST ?
Enter the DISTRIBUTION LIST NUMBER to be listed. (Empty line = ALL)

Thanks I figured it out. I wasn't putting an N in the add mailbox table to indicate there is no extension.

Yes, you just enter N, if no extension number has to be used. Doing this will not count down your licenses.
(I wrote the commands for you concerning the initiation of DIST LISTS, and I hope this info also was usefull).
