Hi all! We're running Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000. I've got a user who, despite a few memos and meetings, added FAR too many contacts to his distribution list. Worse, he did this WITHOUT adding them to his Contacts List. Thus, he has a distribution list that is inoperable and, as far as we can tell, only has one option to fix it: retype 1/2 or 2/3 of the list.
So, my question to you is as follows:
Is there any way to make a copy of the distribution list? This way, we could make three copies and delete 2/3 of the list from each one...
Or, is there anyway to copy a chunk of the email addresses and pop them into a new, blank distribution list?
I've been looking, playing and experimenting for nearly 2 hours now and am firmly nose-first against a brickwall...
Thanks for your help!
