Distribution List / Mailbox Manager

My company has an Octel Aria 250 and I use Mailbox Manager to adminster it.
I am trying to create an All Company distribution list, but it seems that I have to input each mailbox separatley. Is there a way to select multiple mailboxes and add them to the list? I have tried the normal shift+select and cttl+select way of choosing mailboxes, but that doesn't seem to work.

Open the System Distribution Lists picker:

· Double-click Voice Mails (in the navigation area).

· Double-click the desired message server.

· Double-click System Distribution Lists.

2 Right-click the desired system distribution list and select Add to Distribution List from the menu.

3 Add mailboxes to the Mailboxes list by doing either or both of the following:

· Click Add and complete the dialog that appears.

· Specify or enter the name of an external file that contains mailbox numbers. Then click Import.

4 If necessary, select unwanted mailbox numbers and click Remove.

5 When the Mailboxes list is complete, click OK. Changes are written to the current project.

The way mentioned does not allow me to select multiple users at a time and add them, which is what I'm trying to acclomplish.
I need to add 300 mailboxes to the list and don't want to select each one at a time.

you can use the add from file by exporting the mailboxes you want to a text file and then use it to do the add.

You can also use mailbox builder to add to a list but you can't highlight the ones in OMM to add them the way that i think you are wanting to do.
