Distributing Windows 2000 SP4 - stopping Outlook Express & Set Program

Hi,

have just done a test run of installing Windows 2000 SP4 via SMS 2
with no problems using a standard "UPDATE -u -z -n" command. Just
wondering though if anyone can tell me how I stop the service pack
adding the "Set Program Access and Defaults" and even more the Outlook
Express to the Start menu and quick start bar?
