Distributing the Cystal offline Viewer

Hi !

Is it at all possible to distribute the offline Viewer
to users not having CE/CR installed so that we could send them reports on an ad hoc basis via email for example ?

Providing that they have got an ODBC connection to the database that the report is using then the offline viewer will work.
