Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have to report sick time on a monthly basis, however when sick time is entered into our system a from and thru date is used that overlaps months and years. We do not have a work schedule or time and labour system.

I have to figure out the number of working days for each month based on the date range. I would be creating a group n Crystal based on the formula.

E.G. Jan 15,2000 to February 28,2000

Jan = 11 Working days
Fed = 21 working days
