Distributing an CR Application with CR Oracle driver

Hi,
I am using Crystal Report 8.5 and ORACLE 9.2.
When distributing the application (runtime version) to other user how can I also distibute CR Oracle 8 v3.6 ODBC driver from CR which was delivered by the installation of CR or can the driver seperately be downloaded somewhere without a full installation of CR?

The oracle ODBC driver can be found in :

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\crdb_oracle.dll
