Distributing a database to a PC without access

I have an existing database which is set up already but i need to enhance this in way so i can distribute this to to other users who havent got access on their machine. What will i need to do to enable the other users to use this application.

You need a copy of Office Developer. This ships with an Access runtime license and redistributable files, so you can package your db with all the runtime files necessary for it to run on a PC without Access.

Sadly, Office Developer costs muchos $.
