Distributed Voicemail Issue

Been using Distributed voicemail for a short while now on a multi site setup. 4 of the 5 distributed boxes are working fine. There are no problems outside of the short sync delay that is expected. However one office has a strange problem that is almost the same as the last comment in this closed thread *

by ItGuy604. However to expand on this it is only happening to a couple users. Some users are able to go in and change their personal greeting and it comes up fine. However others can not, no matter what we do it remains the system greeting. Even though if you check the mail box it tells you Greeting 1 is recorded and active. More over I can see the wav files sync between the boxes. All the versions are matching on the IPO and VMP. Has anyone seen this or found an answer?

Do you have a duplicate Name or Extn. number in systems across the SCN.

open all systems simultaneously using SCN mode in manager & check the error log


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

That was one of the first things I checked. I did do a bit more looking and discovering. It seems that only some worked once. Now when these users go to change to greeting two they can't. Whatever is happening it is site wide. Very frustrating.
