Distributed VM does not show Up to Date

I have set up distributed VM for a customer. The servers seem to be syncing when I look in debugview. However, on the Voicemail client in Centralized server I check under the distributed VMs and see my distributed server, which is great. But under results it shows as started and never seems to update completely. In previous installs I've seen it take several hours before it completes to update but this server has been in the state for about 48 hrs.

Please provide any input into what might be my issue.
 
Can you try to log in on the other server and see if it has copied the callflow?
I noticed it too and it seems to work fine.

Nope I just logged in and don't see none of the callflow modules.
 
Then it does not work :)
