Distributed Install- Where to put Access Manager

Hi,
Doing a Distributed install of Series 7 MR3 PPES on Windows 2003 Servers. PPES is on one server, connecting to two IIS web servers and using Active Directory on Domain Servers.

I know I install PPES and Upfront Dispatchers on the PPES server, and install Upfront,PPES Gateways on the IIS Servers.

Where do I install Access Manager,ticket server(s) and how do I configure for the two IIS Web servers?

i ahv same kind of settings, i got AM on PPES server, since we dont require AM in gateway server.

Do you OS signon for your users so they don't have to log on? We are doing an Intranet so users are inside the firewall.
