Hi!
I've inherited a LAN which currently uses a variety of versions of Lotus Notes Client. Versions range from 5.0.1 through 5.0.7. We've recieved the 5.0.8 Client, and would like to distribute this to our 150+ NT 4.0 Workstations. We're currently using Microsoft SMS 2.0 to distribute software. The installation is not shared, and all the critical files (notes.ini, names.nsf, *.id) are stored in C:\Lotus\Notes\Data.
We've manually installed the 5.0.8 Notes Client on a PC that already had an earlier version of Notes, and it worked. We'd now like to use SMS to do it to everyone else. Anyone have any experience in distributing Notes Client using SMS? I'd like to hear any tips you may have. Thanks!
