Distribute to email recipient and scheduling

I have som questions about distribution of reports.

1.Can I pass a value from the report to an email program so I can distribute the report by email based on a parameter or field that includes the emailaddress?
2. What program shall I use to schedule printouts of reports?

The functionality you are looking for is not included in Crystal Reports.

Have a look at the list of 3rd-party tools maintained by Ken Hamady at:

Several of these tools, including my Visual CUT software, can schedule and set e-mail options for exporting and e-mailing Crystal reports.
