Distribute objects around a circle 1

Hello, In Corel Draw, V12, I am trying to distribute a series of 1/4" circles around a larger 29.5" circle every 7.5 degrees. I am making a "wheel of chance" and the 1/4" circles are where the steel pegs will go that the clapper will slap against as you spin the wheel. Can anyone advise how pls.
