Distorted Voice Messages on Copper NAM

I'm temporarily upgrading a customers 8/24 DR5.1 with Flash to a Spare Copper NAM I had in Stock.

Unit Connects and programs fine with system.

When I tried to record the voice greetings they are all garbled and distorted.

Any Ideas
