I am developing a site. I am having a problem with the people buttons on the Meet the Team page.The people buttons seem to be low quality. Is there some place I can adjust this or is there another problem? Thanks

look fine to me..
anyways you can right click on the image in your library and choose properties..when that dialog box pops up UNcheck the "use imported jpeg data" arrow and you should be able to adjust the way flash shows the quality of the image from there..
