I have a user that receives emails and periodically the fonts appears very weird looking.

The only thing I've noticed differnet on these emails is in the attached area displays: MIME and PART001 - my thought is whoever is sending the email has simply chose a font not installed on the local machine. Is this the issue? Or is there an internal setting that I'm over looking?

Running 5.5.4 - client 3.3

Thanks in advance.

If it is one user using one conputer it may be that PC. Is it being sent in HTML? That could also be the culprit. Check this TID#2914527 on the part00x attachments. See TID#2944865 for info on the mime.

Good luck,

Mark ;-)

Thanks Mark!

I think that was it. The sender can alter the "...rich text format" that Groupwise doesn't understand.

If you go to the Enhancement Pack that is overcome, but only if you really need html. The user can also send in html format. The other benefit is if you are using WebAccess, many bugs are gone using the EP.

Cheers

Mark ;-)
