distinguish between a DVD Drive and a CD-RW Drive 1

Does anyone have any suggestions for being able to distinquish between a DVD Drive and a CD-RW Drive using VB6? Basically what I am trying to do is move files from the C: drive to a CD-RW drive by passing the DVD Drive one is installed.

See the following article, this checks nearly everything, so you can remove the code you do not require.

I would place the whole lot inside a module and then you can re-use it when ever you wish.
