Hello all! I have a remote site whose users want distinctive ringing for inside and outside calls. From what I have read in the user manual and here on the forum, this is a hard and fast feature that cannot be changed. Outside should be 1 long and 1 short, and inside should be 1 long. The users and site tech insist that the calls ring the same for all calls, whether inside or out. This system was just newly installed (out of the box two weeks ago).
Is it possible that the calls are somehow ringing the same? If so, how do I go about setting a distinction between in and out?
