Hey all -

I have a customer looking to setup this scenario:

Call hits CS1 which has option # to go to Extension List CS3 - They can then select the desired extension from the list and ring extension.

Is there a way to set a distinctive ring for extensions if the call came from either CS1 or CS3?

The issue is, the customer wants to know if the caller is coming from CS1 which defaults to ring all ICD 601. CS3 is extension specific.

Should be a way to set distinctive ring for a Custom service?

Thanks,

IC

Is this scenario in TVM?
If I Understand Correctly you want everybody calls co 1 for example ring 601
and everybody calls co 10 for example ring 602
In this scenario, you can do it whit tenant and service group number in TVM.

This was resolved by adding a DSS Key ICD Group 601 and assigning a distinctive ring to that button on each users extension.
