Distinct count only if date is most recent

Using Crystal REports XI and Excel data.

I have data where there is a one to many relationship. One lead for many calls. I only want to count the data in my crosstab for the last call made. My pivot table is grouping by calldate (weekly)and doing a distinct count of the lead id. I want it to group by the last call date per unique lead Id. Is this possible.
