When I use Acrobat Distiller to covert my PageMaker file to pdf, it has a habit of occasionally moving some--not all--graphics. I placed the graphics (edit/insert object) as eps files from AI 8.0 into PageMaker 7.0. Any ideas? PDF writer has not given me the same problems.

Thanks!

Don't use Edit>Insert Object to get a graphic into PM. The OLE method of placing graphics does not play nicely with postscript. Instead, place your graphics using File>Insert and make sure they are either EPS (if vector) or TIFs (if raster - with some exceptions such as duotones which have to be EPS).

I also think that AI files have to be saved down to V7 to successfully place into PM.
