Distiller Fails to print WORD documents via Terminal Services session

I open a Word document and print to distiller and the print job fails everytime. The server setup is Server 2003 running terminal services. I feel like it used to work but not now.

To get Pagemaker docs to export to PDF I had to make the Adobe Pagemaker folder in Program files permissions as Full
Control for everyone if that's a clue as to the Word problem.

Which version of PM, Windows, PostScript Printer Driver and and Distiller are you using?

I had to make the Adobe Pagemaker folder in Program files permissions as Full Control

Users will need read/write privileges to at least the [pmdir]\RSRC\[language] folder as that's where the configuration files are stored. They are accessed everytime the users loads or exits PM.
