Site has a distributed voicemail configuration. Every so often users connected to the distributed server, with group voicemails, will report that visual voice is showing 10 messages but when they enter *17 to hear their messages it says 0 messages. Anyone ran into this issue before?

have you correctly configured the SMTP servers on both sites so that the VM Pro's can communicate correctly?
Are these Windows or Linux based VM Pro's (Linux based are much simpler as all the SMTP pre-requisites are in place & configured correctly -
)
