On the Citrix server
Metaframe Tools(Common) \ Citrix Connection Configuration \ (ica-tcp and rdp-tcp) \ Advanced (connection settings) check the Timeout Settings.
If you use inherit user config check Administrative tools (Common) \ User manager for Domains \ Properties of the anon users \ config \ Timeout settings
